PER (Printempa Esperanto-Renkontiĝo) is the annual Esperanto event for the Middle Atlantic Region of Esperanto-USA.

Dates: Starts with dinner on Friday, 5 April and ends after lunch on Sunday, 7 April.

Location: Valle Crucis Conference Center, 146 Skiles Way, Banner Elk, NC 28604 (Unfortunately, virtual participation will not be possible.)

Accommodation: Mission House (Shared rooms with 2-6 people in each room. Single rooms are available upon request and if available.)

Program Leader: Bill Maxey

All-Inclusive Price: Registration includes the program, two nights lodging and all meals.

Cost: $275 for E-USA Members and $300 for non-E-USA members. Financial assistance is available for students, retirees and special situations.

COVID Policy: We ask that you take a COVID test a day or two before 5 April. If you test positive for COVID we will refund your registration fees. Masks are recommended during the event. If VCCC has a COVID policy, we will follow their recommendations. We will have masks and COVID tests available during the event.
