Over the past few months, the Board has been working on a proposed update to the bylaws, which will simplify it and bring it into line with best practices and recommendations for non-profits. The Board has approved a draft to share with the membership and solicit feedback prior to finalizing for the ballot. There will be a presentation of it during the upcoming Virtuala Antaŭkongreso (ViA) on April 20. You can read the proposed revision here.
