In “Growing up with Esperanto” (UE 2010:2) Christopher Zervic forgot to mention his marvelous dialog with son Cooper, then 21 months. It’s an endearing introduction to Esperanto and bilingualism generally. I imagine young Ludvic Z. charming diverse neighbors in Bialystok with such unselfconscious engagement in what is, for older folks, “foreign” language.
