[EO] Ni informas vin, ke nova balotilo estas nun disponebla por nia ĉiujara balotado. Tiu, kiun vi ricevis la 30-an de Majo, estas misordigita kaj NEVALIDA. Bedaŭrinde, se vi jam voĉdonis uzante tiun, ankaŭ via antaŭa voĉdono estas NEVALIDA, kaj vi devos denove voĉdoni per la nova ligilo. Tial: membroj, kiuj volas partopreni, devas voĉdoni per la nova balotilo, eĉ se ili jam sendis voĉdonon.

Per la nova balotilo membroj nun povas voĉdoni por malpli ol du kandidatoj laŭvole, kaj eblas sindeteni por demandoj. Krome, la ordo de la kandidatoj nun estas hazarda.

Kiel antaŭe, la reta balotado daŭros ĝis merkredo, la 7-a de julio, je noktomezo orienttempe.

Ĉi tiu ŝanĝo rilatas nur al la reta balotilo. Se vi voĉdonis, aŭ planas voĉdoni papere per Usona Esperantisto 2025:1, via baloto estos valida. Memoru, ke se vi sendas vian voĉdonon KAJ papere KAJ rete, nur la reta baloto validos.

Ni pardonpetas pro ajna eventuala konfuzo aŭ ĝeno. Se vi havas demandojn, ne hezitu kontakti nin.

Vi baldaŭ ricevos retmesaĝon de Simply Voting kun ligilo al la nova baloto. Se vi ne ricevas ĉi tiun retmesaĝon, bonvolu kontroli vian spam-dosierujon, kaj se vi ankoraŭ ne trovas ĝin, bonvolu kontakti nin.

[EN] We’d like to inform you that a new ballot is now available for our annual election. The one you received the 30th of May was not configured correctly and is therefore INVALID. Unfortunately, if you’ve already voted using that one, your previous vote is also INVALID. Therefore: members who wish to participate must vote using the new ballot, even if they’ve already voted.

With the new ballot it is possible to vote for fewer than two candidates if desired, and to abstain from questions and have the abstentions counted. Additionally, the order of candidates is now random.

Just like before, online voting will end on Wednesday, July 7th at midnight ET.

This change relates only to online ballots. If you’ve voted or plan to vote using the paper ballot sent in Usona Esperantisto 2025:1, your vote will be valid. Remember that if you vote both using the paper AND the online ballots, only the online one will count.
