This summer during our annual conference, the Membership Committee proposed changes to our dues, which were approved by the Board and the Congress. Those changes will include new categories and dues rates to better support the financial soundness of our organization and compensate for inflation. The last time member dues were raised was in 2012 (basic membership) and 2008 (all others). These changes will take effect January 1st, 2025; from then on, memberships will run from 1/1-12/31, to enable joint memberships with the Universal Esperanto Association, which uses a calendar year system.

NEW DUES AND CATEGORIES:

• Intro membership: $15 (previously $5)
• Youth membership: $30 (previously $20)
• Joint youth (age 20-25) membership in TEJO & E-USA: $50 (New - bought separately, $57)
• Basic membership: $60 (previously $45)
• Family Membership: $90 (previously $60)
• Joint basic membership in both E-USA and UEA: $100 (New - bought separately, $114)
• Patron membership: $150 (previously $120)
• Life Membership: $1200 (previously $800)

As a special promotion for the remainder of 2024, you can sign up now at the current dues rate, and your membership will be extended through December 2025. Every member who renews before the new year will pay the current rate! You still have time to save money and simultaneously ensure your membership is all set for 2025!
